Outlast Life
Sitting alone on a mountain peak. Naked. Silent. Eyes closed.
You have nowhere to be.You have all the time in the world. Literally.
Outlast Life is a meditative idle game about accumulating spiritual energy, training your mind across six stats, and pushing time itself to its absolute limit. Start with seconds. End with eons.
MEDITATE
Unlock 10 levels of meditation, from Dhyana to the Void. Each chakra brings new energy, new power, new perception of time.
ACCELERATE
Buy upgrades. Release energy in bursts of accelerated time. Watch clouds move, the moon rise, the sun set. Then watch centuries pass in seconds. REBIRTH Restart your life with renewed wisdom. Carry Dharma across lives and spend it on 24 permanent skills that reshape every future run.
OBSERVE
The world around your sage is alive. Day and night. Seasons. Weather. And things that change in ways you will have to discover yourself.
OFFLINE
The game rewards you for time spent away (min. 20s). Offline gains are based on your production when you left, scaled by your Offline Efficiency (Dharma skill).
Note: Release mode bonuses never apply to offline rewards. Offline progress also triggers when the browser freezes the tab (e.g., when you switch tabs or minimize the window).

Is there meant to be a HUGE timewall grinding for the final meditation that speeds up time, or am I doing something wrong? I've already purchased everything else.
Just to give you a baseline, the game is designed to be completed in under 4 hours, so there are no intended huge timewalls
If you feel stuck meaby you just need a change of strategy for the endgame.
Here is a tip:
the power of a release scales with that energy's production rate (which makes the base white tier the strongest), while the duration of the release depends on how much energy you've hoarded. Try turning off the stats autobuy, accumulate a good amount of white energy, and then trigger it.
Let me know if that breaks the wall for you!
if you launch in steam, let me translate to ptbr
Thanks for the offer I’ll keep it in mind if i ever decide to do it

Interesting game. Good pacing and interesting mechanisms. Had fun.
There is a bug with manually canceling deep release, giving huge amounts of energy, and another bug that only show new era animations in setting doesn't work properly.
Thanks for playing and for the report. The 'Deep Release' exploit has been fixed in the new v1.1 update.
Regarding the era animations setting, I re-tested the era transitions multiple times with different configurations after reading your comment, and they appear to function as intended on my end. Could you please explain exactly what issue you encountered and specify which version/platform you were playing on?
I'm playing on web using Chrome. However I can't replicate the bug either, so nvm.
Extra energy bug seems to be still there, inconsistent. Sometimes I will exit release and have enough from the first 1 or 2 energies to last an hour of release right after.
New era bug: I had it in settings to show only a new era after I had completed 2 of the endings, but it was still showing the era animations. Seems like it starts remembering new era animations after you enable the setting so you have to go through a whole run to clear them. I recommend leaving it as the base option.
Really good game, as with all such games, I am only sad there isn't more of it to play through
Thank you so much for detailing the bugs so well. i managed to reproduce them, isolate the problem, and fix it
Thanks also to Lingluo3 for being the first to report them!
Very enjoyable experience, love the idea. I hope to see more from you.
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I really hope to find the time to work on and release more projects.
3 more endings to go.
Thank you for playing! :) i hope it was a great adventure and that the remaining endings are satisfying and complete your journey.
Potential bug: There seems to be some kind of intense energy-gain excess if clicking away from the screen and getting into the while-you-were-away, while the time-boost triggered ability is ongoing.
Handling these issues related to page focus has been a nightmare, definitely the hardest part of the development. I will try to investigate this specific interaction better. Thank you so much for reporting it!
